December is just around the corner and you still haven't found the perfect decorations for the Christmas tree? In the premises of the Archaeology Department of the Museums and Galleries of Konavle, we will be holding the workshops on making ceramic Christmas ornaments. The workshops will be organized as follows:

 

• Saturday, December 2, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

• Saturday, December 9, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m

• Saturday, December 16, 2023, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

 

A trained ceramic designer, Ms. Gloria Loborec, will be holding the workshops.

Decorate your Christmas trees with your own works of art or give your loved ones a unique gift for Christmas! Bring your creativity, goodwill and an apron, and we'll take care of the rest!

We are starting with the Advent program at MIGK, and Sunday morning is reserved for Bukovac House! Join us for expert guidance through the Bukovac House, which will be held on Sunday, December the 3rd at 10 a.m. Museum pedagogue Petra Kralj Fox will guide you through the birthplace and museum of Vlaho Bukovac, which is located in the old centre of Cavtat. All those interested will be able to get acquainted with Bukovec's rich oeuvre with an emphasis on wall paintings, but also with his interesting life story! We are expecting you on Sunday and we look forward to your arrival!
